Seek feedback constantly and are already taking on bigger responsibilities . Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field). 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or transportation preferred, but motivated entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply . Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle high-pressure, fast-changing environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn logistics software.
