Logistics CoordinatorPosition Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator with experience in control panel operations to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing shipping and receiving processes necessary to facilitate control panel manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timelinessReceive, inspect, and record incoming materials and productsPrepare shipments by assembling, packing, and labeling items appropriatelyCoordinate with carriers and freight companies to schedule pickups and deliveriesMaintain accurate inventory records and reconcile discrepancies as neededCollaborate with production and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operationsAdhere to safety protocols and regulations at all timesKeep work area clean and organized to facilitate efficient workflowAssist in other warehouse tasks as assigned by the supervisorNotify appropriate departments of outgoing shipmentsMaintain inventory of shipping materialsOperate forklift and pallet jackQualificationsWhat we need you to have:High school diploma or equivalentExperience in shipping and receiving proceduresFamiliarity with control panel manufacturing processesProficiency in using computer systems and software for inventory managementStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keepingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lift and move heavy objects safelyWillingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if requiredKnowledge of safety regulations and procedures in both a warehouse and manufacturing environmentBasic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookProblem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressureWhat we'd love you to have:Ability to read and interpret wiring diagramsExperience with the assembly of electrical components into a control panel for industrial machinesExperience with the assembly complex wiring layouts on control panelsExperience using hand tools such as electric and manual screwdrivers, wire strippers, and crimpers
