Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinating sales orders to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
- Reviewing sales orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
- Make special shipping arrangements, as necessary
- Tracking and correcting shipping errors
- Preparing bills and invoices
- Ensuring the quality of all services
- Good collaboration and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of inventory management
- Ability to use computers, software, and other technology for inventory communication purposes
- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and ISO requirements
- Ability to work with little supervision
- Ability to track multiple processes
- Computer-savvy, with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP)
- Must be organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; including written and verbal
- Excellent customer service and client relations skills
- Quick, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
