Location: Onsite – Wilsonville, OR or Santa fe Springs, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am-430pm
Interview: 1 round, in-person in Wilsonville, OR with hiring manager and supervisor
Must-Haves:
- General knowledge of supply chain processes, including shipping and receiving
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Experience coordinating with suppliers and managing delivery schedules
- Ability to process orders and work with computer-based systems
- SAP experience (strongly preferred)
- Ability to occasionally lift 50–75 lbs.
- Ability to pass a drug test

- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Day-to-Day:
- Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Materials Planning, and Inventory Control teams
- Manage hardware inventory to meet inventory targets and shipping schedules
- Process orders and ensure accurate system transactions
- Identify and resolve inventory issues, including stock room and warehouse organization
- Support shipping and receiving operations as needed
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure material availability
Job Description:
Insight Global is seeking a Logistics Specialist for a top industrial technology client. This individual will play a key role in supporting supply chain and inventory operations by coordinating shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with multiple internal teams to ensure materials are available, organized, and delivered on schedule.
Compensation:
$22/hr to $25/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
