Logistics Customer Service

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a company in Chandler who is in search of a full time Logistics Customer Service Rep to join their team! This job is fully onsite, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. To be considered, you must have previous logistics or 3PL industry experience, scheduling and tracking LTL, Ocean and Air freight.Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound domestic freight shipments (LTL/FTL)
• Manage air and ocean freight bookings, documentation, and communication with freight forwarders and carriers
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding shipments, delivery timelines, and issue resolution
• Track and monitor shipment status across all modes (ground, air, ocean) and communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and prepare necessary shipping documents (e.g., BOLs, commercial invoices, packing lists)
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
• Support billing, invoicing, and administrative tasks related to logistics services
• Proactively resolve any delays, discrepancies, or service issues in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or 3PL operations
• Proven experience scheduling freight shipments via truck, air, and ocean
• Knowledge of international shipping documentation and compliance requirements
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency with transportation management systems (TMS) and Microsoft Office
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus

Pay Details: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
