We are supporting an international organization in the search for a Logistics IT Specialist to join its EU team based near Rotterdam.This is an excellent opportunity to work at the intersection of logistics and technology, partnering with global IT and Supply Chain stakeholders to strengthen and enhance critical SCM and warehouse systems.This role sits within the European function and works closely with global IT teams and logistics partners, with strong exposure to cross-border projects and continuous improvement initiatives.Key responsibilitiesSupport the daily performance, stability, and availability of Supply Chain Management systemsPartner with internal IT teams and external vendors to investigate issues and drive system reliability improvementsWork alongside logistics and 3PL partners to resolve operational system challenges and identify enhancement opportunitiesContribute to the development and maintenance of user guides, process documentation, and training materialsGather business and system requirements related to WMS and associated logistics applicationsProvide clear and timely updates on project progress, risks and dependencies to stakeholdersExperience sought:Experience in IT project coordination or logistics systems environments such as SCM or WMSGood understanding of warehouse and inventory management processesConfident communicator, comfortable working with international teams and stakeholdersFluent in English, any other language is an advantageEMEA Recruitment is committed to promoting Equity, Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace.
