Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain and logistics operations at C&H Solutions Logistics division. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in logistics management to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of products, while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction. You will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining logistics processes that align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs
• Manage the logistics team, providing leadership and mentoring to ensure high performance and adherence to best practices
• Oversee transportation, inventory management, and warehousing functions to ensure timely and accurate product delivery
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to streamline logistics operations and resolve any supply chain issues
• Analyze logistics data and metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
• Monitor compliance with regulations and company policies related to logistics and transportation
• Prepare and manage budgets for logistics operations, ensuring cost-effective practices

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field or Logistics Management experience in leu of a degree.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with a proven track record of success
• Strong analytical skills and experience with logistics data analysis and reporting
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred:

• Experience with logistics management software and tools
• Professional certifications such as APICS CPIM or CSCP
• Valid CDL.

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

• Proficiency in logistics management software and ERP systems
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices
• Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS)

Benefits and Perks

Salary range: $70,000 to & $105,000.
