I’m partnering with a well-established fuel distribution company in Texas seeking a Logistics / Dispatch Manager to take full ownership of daily dispatch and logistics operations. This is a leadership role overseeing drivers, fleet coordination, compliance, and operational efficiency. What You’ll Do: Manage daily fuel dispatch and driver routing Monitor deliveries in real time and adjust for delays/emergencies Oversee fuel inventory and forecasting to prevent runouts Ensure DOT/EPA compliance and proper documentation Manage driver schedules, performance, and hours-of-service Coordinate truck maintenance and equipment oversight Analyze operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs What’s Required: Management experience (non-negotiable) Logistics/trucking background Strong knowledge of Texas DOT regulations Experience with dispatch software & fleet systems Comfortable with technology and workflow tools Why This Role?
