Job Description for a Logistics Manager 

NPC Global is looking to add a Logistics Manager to our expanding team in Hazleton, PA! 

Job Responsibilities  

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):  

• Responsible for the operations of Distribution, Fulfillment, and the Warehouse. 
• This position is responsible for ensuring optimal distribution and on-time delivery of customer orders. 
• Responsible for oversight of the multi-site operation. 
• Must be able to communicate and work cross functionally to maintain and improve work flow from Customer Service to Operations.  
• Provide strong leadership, management and training to the Distribution, Warehouse, and Fulfillment teams.  

Qualifications: 

• 5 – 8 years’ managerial experience in a fast-paced distribution environment 
• Leadership capability, organization skills and ability to motivate a team 
• Strong computer skills 
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate on all levels 
• Strong and creative problem-solving skills 
• Strong analytical skills
