This position is a remote position and will require some travel.Primary Responsibilities:You will be responsible for providing logistics expertise and support to a program that is developing and designing a network infrastructure and data transport in an OCONUS location.  You will be working with a team of multi-disciplined engineers, cyber security engineers and officers, quality engineers, and architects that are performing systems requirements analysis, integration, system testing, and quality assurance to support the successful delivery of the TACMOR network services. In the role you will:Be responsible for planning, controlling, and optimizing our hardware and software, planning and managing the tracking and control of all our equipmentCoordinate and work with our configuration management team to ensure baselines are maintainedPerform inventory audits at CONUS and OCONUS sites as requiredBe responsible for logistics and transportation planning and execution for international shipment of goods to locations that require knowledge of international export control lawsBe the primary interface with manufacturing and warehouse facilities for the storage, accountability, and shipment of equipment to various locationsAssist with the development and execution of our Lifecycle Sustainment Plan for the multiple systems we are developing and maintaining until transition to operationsGenerate documentation and trainingBasic Qualifications:A bachelor’s degree in logistics management or any bachelor’s degree of art or science and 8+ years of prior relevant experience, or 15 years of experience without a degree.Implementing and managing systems to optimize the flow of resources through the supply chainA strong working knowledge of international export and transportation lawsExperience with shipping methods both on land and seaExperience with logistics support for personnel in remote, unmanned locationsExperience with maintaining records for end of service, end of warranty, end of maintenanceExperience with the storage, handling, and distribution of equipment within a warehouse facilityExperience with controlling the procurement, storage, and distribution of materials to support production and operations at both CONUS and OCONUS locations.Experience with contracting for shipments and delivery to remote locationsMust be a US Citizen and actively possess a DoD Secret security clearancePreferred Quals:Previous experience working with EracentExperience with AF logistics processes and policiesExperience with Operational Air Force or Space Force systemsPrior experience as an AF logisticianMaster’s Degree in Logistics ManagementIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
