We are actively seeking a dedicated and meticulous Business Manager Assistant to play an integral role in advancing our company's strategic projects Are you passionate about people, policies, and the intricacies of HR and general administrative roles? We are on the lookout for an HRGA Specialist who can effortlessly bridge the gap between the organization and its employees.
If you have a knack for recruitment, employee relations, and office administration coupled with a thorough understanding of labor laws, you might be the perfect fit for our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process: from job posting, screening resumes, interviewing, to streamlining the entire hiring trajectory.
  • Spearhead the onboarding of new hires, which encompasses orientation, documentation, and ensuring a seamless introduction into our organization.
  • Address and resolve employee relations matters, such as inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary concerns, always ensuring policies are applied consistently.
  • Manage comprehensive employee records, encompassing personnel files, contracts, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate employee benefits programs: this includes enrollment, claims management, and clear communication of benefits to employees.
  • Undertake office administration duties, including tasks related to procurement, office supplies, maintenance, and facility management.
  • Facilitate visa and work permit processes for our expatriate workforce, ensuring all activities are in line with immigration norms.
  • Assist in the drafting and maintenance of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, as required.
  • Offer versatile administrative support to diverse departments, as and when needed.

Your Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related domain.
  • Demonstrable experience in an HR Specialist role or a similar capacity in HR and General Affairs.
  • Thorough knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Solid grounding in HR best practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, essential for fostering healthy relationships across the board.
