Role: Logistics Operator
Location: Decatur, Illinois- Onsite
Looking for someone how can refill the racks (Warehouse Logistics required)

Job Description & Skill Requirement:
Experience with Plan for Every Part (PFEP) and Material replenishment.
Developing internal packaging requirements
Updating EPSA (internal system to communicate packaging requirements to suppliers)
Designing returnable racks for part delivery between suppliers and the factory
Managing returnable racks for the Decatur Campus including audits, loop sizing, and repair
Supporting the India team with POs for the repack of material at our external repack vendor (approximately 1286 POs currently).
Managing feedback to our suppliers for packaging improvements in quality, cost, delivery
Coordinating of rack repairs and new rack purchases.
Material flow Analysis from Dock to POU.
Parts line side presentation, Rack/ Floor/ Kit parts Analysis, Material Replenishment strategy development.
Work with Material planners on Material shortages/ Line downs/ Hot trucking to minimize down time.
