Logistics Quality Engineer SpecialistIn this role you will be responsible to provides operational support to the Operation Unit to ensure process stability and adherence to defined quality standards. The role ensures that processes operate reliably, drives problem‑solving activities when deviations occur, and supports continuous improvement to maintain high levels of quality performance across logistics operations.Your job:Define activities/measures, and standards in logistic shop floor management to fulfil all quality requirements.Monitor Quality KPIs of the Operation Unit and value streams, initiate measures for deviations, and escalate complex issues beyond the defined scope.Ensure implementation and adherence to defined process standards and guidelines within the Operation Unit or assigned value stream.Drive the development and continuous improvement of process standards at Team Cluster and Value Stream levels.Lead problem‑solving activities, including problem description, root‑cause determination, corrective action implementation, and definition of preventive actions for process deviations.Manage and support sub‑projects aimed at improving quality performance and strengthening the quality mindset within the operation unit.Improve quality standards and concepts across the operation unit and support the introduction and enhancement of new processes and quality standards.Communicate with internal departments regarding performance and quality standards, ensuring alignment and monitoring achievement on a continuous basis.Collaborate with external sub‑suppliers to ensure adherence to organizational quality standards and share best practices while participating in daily SFM meetings.Coach and support team members, team clusters, value stream leaders, QCD functions, workers, and Team Leaders in quality methods, standards, and problem‑solving approaches.Our requirements:Any bachelor's degree/diploma and technical experience with 1-3 years of relevant business experience necessary.Problem Solving (Corrective and preventive action, 8D, 5 Why, A3 Report, Ishikawa, …) with knowledge in quality instruments and methods including Quality Management System, ISO9001, PDCA, Poka Yoke, quality planning, control and inspection plans, and process management.Experience in operational logistics processes with IT skills such as SAP and MS Office, optional knowledge in CAQ, MES, and WMS, and proficiency in local language with English medium level.Location - HosurJob type - Contract
