The Role:
As our Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining Logistics Team process documents through vetting accuracy, making updates, creating documents for new and existing processes as it relates to current processes and new processes as we transition to a new ERP. You will collaborate with multiple departments and distribution centers and support the team on various initiatives and projects. You are a hardworking individual, who pays high attention to detail, has excellent problem-solving abilities, and loves challenges.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external team members to understand and document process requirements
- Track project/program progress and ensure milestones are met
- Logistics operations tasks and ERP transactions as needed - Fulfillment, EDI, document creation, pull reports
- Other duties and projects as assigned
- 3-4 years of experience in Logistics operations
- Excellent organization and communications skills (phone, email, meetings)
- Proficient MS Excel skills (pivots, basic formulas, VLOOKUPs)
- Experience with Dynamics GP or Oracle and Confluence
- Ability to adapt to changing conditions and work assignments
