Overview Addis Infotech are looking for a hands-on, smart and talented iOS Developer with established experience to help create exciting applications for the latest mobile devices. Responsibilities Designs and develops iOS and OS X application software in Objective-C and Swift. User interface design and development. Coordinates with human interface specialists. Refactors components to ensure proper Cocoa design patterns. Experience in quality assurance and software development to identify and resolve issues. Writes and debugs multi-threaded applications and knows how to handle memory leaks. Established OS X, iPhone and iPad development experience. Experience in digital video, audio, cable and/or broadcasting industry. Knowledge and experience of Objective-C, Cocoa, Xcode. Detail oriented, with strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting and debugging skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Qualifications BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of engineering experience building iOS applications. Must have at least one app showing solid understanding of UI implementation. Understands UI implementation including custom transitions and appropriate use of UI elements. Experience delivering across the entire app life cycle – concept, design, build, test, deploy and support. Expert in Objective-C, iOS SDKs, and iOS application development. Blocks, queues, and multi-threaded applications. Preferred API experience: Yelp, Foursquare, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn. Preferred core animation experience. Preferred experience integrating hooks to application analytics packages like Mix Panel, AppBoy, or Flurry. Development of client/server mobile applications using REST. Team player.
