Job Requirements Starting Pay Range: $18.00-$20.00 hourly Day Shift The Loyalty Program Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting Player Development initiatives by ensuring the successful execution and communication of loyalty program promotions and events. This position serves as a liaison between departments, assists with reporting and analysis, and provides operational support to ensure a seamless guest experience through the Call Center. What you will do as a Loyalty Program Coordinator: Collaborates effectively with all internal departments, including Marketing, Creative, and Events, to ensure alignment and communication regarding loyalty program initiatives. Sets up and maintains all events on VIP Offers program, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. Serves as a key point of contact for internal teams regarding loyalty program logistics, promotions, and events—working closely with the Call Center Manager to educate stakeholders, distribute promotional materials, and troubleshoot issues. This will include the Event Status Report. Monitors Player Development events by analyzing event attendance, no‑shows, confirmations, and overall participation trends to identify patterns, improve guest outreach strategies, and support future event planning. Generates and distributes comprehensive reports related to loyalty program participation, compliance, and performance. This includes tracking event attendance, confirmations, and no‑shows for all Player Development events. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Experience in other Point of Sales or Database management systems preferred. Familiarity with casino loyalty programs, booking systems, and CRM platforms preferred. Aptitude for report building to include analyzing, organizing and presenting data. Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 10 pounds.
