What You'll Do:


Client Care & Medical Oversight

  • Meet with new admissions within 24 hours to assess medical needs
  • Respond to client medical and medication-related concerns
  • Coordinate appointments and communicate with providers and pharmacies


Team Leadership

  • Provide hands-on coverage when needed (as backup support)
  • Facilitate staff development


Medication Management

  • Verify and review all medication orders
  • Train and monitor staff on safe medication practices
  • Complete monthly MAR reviews


Training & Development

  • Lead onboarding for new Recovery Tech staff
  • Host monthly in-service trainings
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure a strong, unified approach


Additional Responsibilities

  • Attend required meetings and trainings
  • Be available on-call to respond to urgent issues
  • Support operational needs through other assigned duties


What You Bring:

  • Active LPN license (required)
  • Experience in behavioral health, substance use, or recovery settings preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • A commitment to compassionate, client-centered care
