We are seeking an LPN to join our team! As a Geriatric Nurse, you will spend your time caring for our aging patients, administering medication, and following care orders laid out by the team of doctors. You will also work closely with other nurses and nurse's aides offering support and guidance, make rounds with doctors as needed, and be a supportive, helpful presence to our patients. The ideal candidate has experience working with an older population but not necessary, has all the required licensing in the state, and works well independently as well as within a team environment.

We are seeking an LPN to join our team! Responsibilities
- Make rounds to check on each patient assigned, assessing current well-being and making notes on issues as needed in EMR
- Administer prescribed medications as directed
- Communicate with physician and NP as needed, offering personal experience with the patient and taking care notes
- Assisting other nurses or nurses aids as needed to keep the shift moving and provide excellent care
- Being a positive, supportive presence to our aging patients
- Active, valid nursing license within the state of MO
- Experience working with an aging population desired but not required
- Comfortability working independently and within a team
- The ability to multitask and work well under pressure
