As an LPN, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring comfort, and assisting with daily activities for residents. Key Responsibilities:- Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
- Administer medications, treatments, and assist with daily care needs
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and document all care activities accurately in EMR (Allscripts)
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations
- Current, active LPN license in the state of Colorado
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Ability to work the required day shifts (6:00 AM to 6:30 PM)
- No bilingual requirement
- EMR Used: Allscripts
- Overtime: Time and a half after 40 hours per week
- On Call: No call required
- Holiday Rate: 1.5x the all-inclusive rate
