LPN GIG - Per Diem/Flex

GIG Highlights
- $30/hour Base Rate
- W-2 Employee
- Variable Shift Incentives (up to an additional $23/hour)
- 4, 8, or 12 hour shifts available
Qualifications:
- Required Education: Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program.
- Experience: Must have two years of bed-side RN experience.
- One year of recent bed-side LPN experience in a hospital setting to work Med Surg.
- For all other specialties (ED, Critical Care, Women & Children's, Behavioral Health, etc.), a minimum of two years of recent bed-side LPN experience in a hospital setting.
- MUST HAVE EPIC EXPERIENCE
- Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current LPN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
- Certifications: Completes Hospital and required nursing competencies, mandatory in-services/MyEducation assignments and relevant certifications (ex. BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.) within required time frame
