What youll be doing:
- Provide physician-prescribed nursing care and treatments.
- Administer medications, perform dressing changes/wound care, and monitor vital signs.
- Observe, record, and report patient conditions and reactions to drugs or treatments.
- Participate with all other home care personnel in patient care planning.
- Return the individual to an optimum and productive level within the patients capability.

- Education: Graduate of an accredited Practical Nurse program.
- License: Currently licensed as an LPN in the state of practice.
- Experience: One (1) year of experience preferred in a home health setting.
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 am 5:00 pm
- Weekends as needed
- LPN License (Required)
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
