Key Responsibilities Provide direct resident care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians. Administer medications and treatments according to supervisory orders. Monitor residents' vital signs and assess their condition. Med Checks Document resident information, treatments, and responses to care accurately. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive resident care. Maintain a clean and safe patient environment. Adhere to established policies, procedures, and protocols for nursing care. Respond promptly to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions. Qualifications Requirements: Available Shifts PT 3p-1130p and 11p-730a Valid New Jersey LPN license. Minimum of 2 years of experience. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric nursing particularly in sub-acute care. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Understanding of and commitment to compliance with regulatory requirements. CPR and BLS certifications. Flu vaccination required.
