Contract: 13 weeks (Extension based on performance and facility needs)
Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $47/hr on W2 or $50/hr on 1099

Areas to Cover:
Allston, Belmont, Brighton, Brookline, Chestnut Hill, Newton Corner, Newtonville, Watertown, West Newton.

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
• Conduct assessments, administer medications, and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatments
• Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
