Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Jeannette, PA Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team at William Penn Care Center in Jeannette, PA. As an LPN, you will provide direct care to our residents, supervise nursing assistants, and ensure that our residents receive the highest quality of care. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply! Responsibilities Provide direct care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, bathing, dressing, and feeding. Supervise and direct the day‑to‑day nursing activities of nursing assistants. Develop and implement individualized care plans for each resident. Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive comprehensive care. Participate in facility surveys and inspections made by authorized government agencies. Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information. Perform administrative duties such as charting, reporting, and ordering supplies as needed. Requirements Must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Must possess a current, unencumbered LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania. Must demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age‑related needs of the residents served. Must have effective oral and written communication skills. Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet.
