LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting patient assessments and gathering relevant medical information during the intake process.
- Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
- Communicating effectively with patients and their families to address any questions or concerns.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Contributing to continuous quality improvement initiatives within the Intake Department.
Qualifications:
- Current LPN license in FLORIDA
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with experience in intake or admissions preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred.
