Lpn Lvn Apply
Join our client as an LPN /LVN where you will play a vital role in providing quality care to residents.

Key Responsibilities
Administers and records medication and treatments as ordered
Accurately transcribes physician's orders
Completes monthly summaries and updates care plans
Notifies RN Supervisor of significant changes in resident conditions
Assists physicians with rounds and examinations
Supervises and directs resident care by nursing assistants
Documents weights and vital signs
Maintains a clean and safe environment
Attends care plan conferences and assists in orientation of new staff
Schedule and Shift Details
Night shift with differential pay starting at the beginning of the shift. 12 Hour Shift.
- High School/GED
- 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Skilled Nursing Facility Care
- Senior Care
- Home Health
- ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
- American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
- ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Pennsylvania (PA)
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in Pennsylvania (PA)
