Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments. Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Engage in performance measurement and goal setting for personal growth. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes. Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff. Educate patients and families on health management and wellness. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Assist with daily living activities to enhance patient comfort. Experience/Qualifications Current LPN license in the state of practice. Commitment to ongoing professional development and training. Experience in providing direct patient care in a healthcare setting. Ability to administer medications and monitor patient responses effectively. Willingness to set personal performance goals and measure results. Strong communication skills for patient and team interactions. Proficiency in maintaining accurate patient records and documentation. Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare team members.
