LPN (SNF) 13 Weeks Contract | Mount Olive, NC

We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week contract assignment at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Mount Olive, North Carolina. This is a great opportunity for LPNs seeking a full-time day shift contract.

Position Details:

• Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) SNF

• Location: Mount Olive, NC

• Contract Length: 13 Weeks

• Shift: Day Shift

• Shift Timing: 7:00 AM 7:30 PM

• Pay Rate: $32 $35/hour

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Monitor, document, and report changes in resident condition

• Collaborate with RNs and the interdisciplinary care team

• Ensure compliance with facility policies and standards of care

Requirements:

• Active LPN license

• SNF/LTC experience preferred

• Strong clinical and communication skills

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
