- Hours: Hours may include days, evenings, nights and weekends. Full time, part time and PRN shifts available.
- Case Details: Various ages of children ages birth thru 30+years old with technologies that might include g-tube, trach and ventilator.

Responsibilities
- Contributes to the development, review, and revision of the care plan.
- Administers nursing care in accordance with the physician's treatment plan and the individual care plan authorized by the client's payer source.
- Observes, documents, and reports the client's response to treatment and any changes in their condition to appropriate personnel and/or physician.
- Provides ongoing guidance and supervision to the client, family, or other healthcare team members involved in the treatment plan.
- Monitors and documents the patient's condition and the care services provided through electronic charting.
- Participates in education programs, quality assessment activities, nurse's meetings, and other staff meetings as required.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse License
- Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Positive, Professional attitude
