iCAN Staffing Agency is seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing (DON) for a high-paying, 4-week interim assignment in Peterborough, NH.   Schedule: 40 Hours per Week | 5x8-Hour Day Shifts

Schedule

• Days: Monday – Friday
• Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Guaranteed: 40 hours/week

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $73/hr
• Weekly Gross: $2,920
• Total Contract Pay: $11,680 (4 weeks)

Responsibilities

• Department Oversight: Plan, organize, and direct the overall operation of the Nursing Department in accordance with federal and state standards.
• Staff Management: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing personnel (RNs, LPNs, and LNAs) to ensure productive and high-quality performance.
• Care Quality: Monitor resident care plans and clinical outcomes to ensure the highest degree of safety and comfort.
• Regulatory Compliance: Prepare for facility surveys and ensure all documentation meets New Hampshire healthcare regulations.
• Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between nursing staff, physicians, and facility administration.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Current, unencumbered New Hampshire RN license or a valid compact license.
• Experience: Minimum of 2–5 years of nursing leadership experience, preferably as a DON or ADON in a Long Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing (SNF) setting.
• Certifications: Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and federal/state LTC regulations.
