At ODE AUTO REPAIR & TIRE, we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch automotive services and ensuring our customers' vehicles are always in optimal condition. We are currently looking for a skilled Lube/Tire Technician to become an integral part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will perform essential maintenance tasks that keep our customers safe and their vehicles running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and other routine maintenance tasks on various vehicle makes and models
• Inspect tires for wear and damage, and assist in tire rotations, installations, and repairs
• Ensure that all service tasks are performed efficiently and meet safety standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper disposal of oil and other hazardous materials
• Communicate with Service Advisers regarding any additional automotive issues identified during inspections
• Keep up-to-date with new products, tools, and techniques in the automotive industry

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Lube/Tire Technician or similar role is preferred
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Physical ability to lift heavy parts and stand for extended periods
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate various types of vehicles
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus
