Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lubrication Systems Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting and assessing the condition of machinery and equipment to ensure they are operating efficiently and safely. This role involves performing routine and preventive inspections, identifying potential issues, and documenting findings to maintain operational integrity and prevent equipment failures.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform Regular Inspections: Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment, ensuring they meet safety standards and are functioning properly.
Evaluate Machinery Condition: Assess and document the mechanical condition of machines, identifying abnormalities such as wear, damage, or potential risks.
Monitor Equipment Performance: Track machinery performance data, report deviations, and suggest corrective actions to prevent breakdowns or inefficiencies.
Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and diagnose faults or issues in equipment and machinery and provide initial troubleshooting and recommendations.
Maintain Inspection Records: Maintain accurate records of inspections and condition monitoring activities in compliance with company standards and regulations.
Assist with Preventive Maintenance: Collaborate with maintenance teams to recommend preventative maintenance and condition monitoring on machinery as necessary.
Ensure Safety Compliance: Follow safety procedures and standards when conducting inspections, ensuring that machinery operates within legal and regulatory guidelines.
Report Findings: Provide clear and detailed reports of findings and potential issues to management, maintenance teams, or client personnel.
Adhere to Company Standards: Ensure all inspections and maintenance are completed according to company protocols, manufacturer recommendations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required). Technical or vocational training in mechanical or industrial technology is a plus.
• Previous experience in a technician or mechanical role, particularly with machinery inspections or maintenance (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of machinery operation, diagnostics, and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to operate basic hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and protocols
