- Transform our applicant tracking system and hiring practices into lean, mean, hiring machines
- Manage open requisitions in our applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring it operates smoothly and automates recruiting tasks to streamline the process
- Build a talent pipeline so robust, that it could power a small city
- Screen a high volume of resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural add
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Talent Acquisition
- Build a network by attending job fairs, school career fairs, and hosting career expos in our communities

Requirements
