Your new Home Health LVN Responsibilities:

• You will participate on a clinical team covering a commutable caseload territory.
• Your daily caseload will be 1-6 patients or about 15+ per week.
• Quite possibly, you will experience shorter commuting distances with us.

You will bring the following skills as a new Home Health LVN on our team:

• Make a difference with quality patient care while honing your skills to
• Prior work as a field Home Health LVN is preferred, but at least 1 year of related LVN clinical experience is required to participate in our HH training program, fully paid.
• * Due to commute distances, tolls, etc., to be considered for our program hopefully you reside in Atherton, East Palo Alto, Los Altos, Menlo Park, Mountain View, Palo Alto, Portola Valley, Stanford, Woodside or Sunnyvale.
