As an LVN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a positive and supportive environment for our residents.Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented LVN to provide nursing care to our residents during the night shift. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress- Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes- Provide education and support to residents, families, and caregivers as neededRequirements:- Current California LVN license in good standing- Minimum 6 months of experience in a skilled nursing facility or related healthcare setting (preferred)- Ability to work night shift hours (11pm-7am)- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
