Roles & Responsibilities :

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration.
• Provide basic bedside care, including personal hygiene, grooming, and assistance with mobility.
• Assess patients' physical and emotional needs and report changes to the supervising nurse or physician.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
