We are seeking an experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join a Skilled Nursing team on the night shift. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, compassionate nurse who can deliver high-quality resident care while supporting CNAs and collaborating with Registered Nurses. The schedule follows a 4-3-4-3 rotating block.

• Assess, plan, and implement nursing care for residents under the supervision of an RN
• Provide continuity of care, including direct patient care and medication administration
• Supervise CNAs and support staff to ensure compliance with care standards
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the EMR system
• Respond appropriately to resident needs and report significant changes to supervising RN
• Promote a safe, organized, and resident-centered environment
• Cross-train and assist other nursing departments as needed

• Active California LVN license (must be in good standing)
• Minimum 1 year of Skilled Nursing (SNF) experience
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred
• Must pass facility nursing medication test
• Current BLS certification required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact tactfully and professionally with residents, staff, families, and regulatory agencies
• Basic computer proficiency

  • Week 1: Thursday, Friday, Saturday
  • Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
