Client Service Consultant ADP is hiring a Client Service Consultant. About the role In this role, you will serve as ADP’s front‑line for solving client challenges—issue resolution, answering questions, training users on ADP technology, and more. You will work with clients who have 1,000+ employees and carry the weight of ADP’s service reputation and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Research, troubleshoot, and resolve ADP/client application issues in system setup, product functionality, product enhancements, and general client inquiries. Analyze complex client requirements for payroll, benefits, time, and human resources policy and procedures. Use strong interpersonal skills and product knowledge to communicate with customers and representatives to resolve issues. Set priorities, organize your day, multi‑task, change direction, and provide prompt follow‑up to exceed client expectations. Leverage ADP product and services knowledge to provide solutions, help build client understanding around our products’ value, and provide recommendations for ADP leadership. Required Qualifications Prior client service or systems integration experience. College degree is great but not required. Military experience is also acceptable. Preferred Qualifications Experience in HR, payroll, benefits, and/or time is a plus. NAS Service experience preferred.
