Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced M&A FO/ COO who can take the reins of our financial and operational functions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, with a deep understanding of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), cost control, and operations management. This role is not just for someone who excels with numbers but also for a leader who can influence and drive operational success across departments. The primary function of the role will be financial nature, but an ideal candidate will also need to gain a deep understanding of operations and make financial based operational decisions
Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with the company's goals.
Manage and optimize operational functions, streamlining processes to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Oversee mergers and acquisitions (M&A) processes, including valuation, negotiation, and integration.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies, offering proactive insights to mitigate risk.
Collaborate with executive leadership to set and execute the company's strategic direction.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge company performance and identify areas for improvement.
Lead efforts to control costs and improve margins, with a hands-on approach to operations management.
Foster a collaborative culture of growth, accountability, and innovation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
Extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
Demonstrable expertise in cost control and financial management.
Experience leading operational teams and managing cross-functional processes.
