Kforce has a client that is seeking an M365 Support Engineer in Boston, MA.
Responsibilities:
Support and troubleshoot SharePoint Online and Power Platform apps (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
Lead migrations from Dropbox, network drives, and SharePoint 2019 to SharePoint Online and Teams
Create and maintain migration runbooks, technical documentation, and user guides
Partner with IT, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver scalable M365 and Power Platform solutions
Quickly resolve migration, integration, and performance issues
Required Skills : * 6 years with SharePoint On-Prem (2019) and Online; Extensive migration experience using ShareGate and Microsoft Migration Tool * Experienced in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse troubleshooting and ALM strategies * Deep expertise in site collections, permissions, metadata, taxonomy, retention, and governance * Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and Power Platform security: tenant/site permissions, Azure AD integration, compliance (DLP, sensitivity labels, retention) * Skilled in resolving migration issues (permissions, metadata mapping, workflows) * Proficient in PowerShell scripting, PnP provisioning, and familiar with Azure DevOps/Git/TFS * Adept at creating runbooks, SOPs, technical documentation, and communicating technical guidance to stakeholders
