School Van Driver/Program AssistantThis specific position will focus on mainly driving the school van/shuttle.Reports to: School Functions Manager/Local School Administration/CEOQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required (minimum).Ability to develop a positive rapport with all students.Ability to follow directions.Ability to work cooperatively with professional staff.Up-to-date clearances compliant with school regulationsMust be available to help with night events when needed.Job Overview:The Program Assistant is responsible for many things such driving school vans, supervising students, assisting at the front desk, SEPTA pass distribution, and other duties as defined. This is a part-time position with hours TBD. This position pays $12/hour.Responsibilities:Job duties include but are not limited to:Assisting in student arrival/dismissal.Driving school vans - Student pick-up/drop-off and supply pick-ups.Supervising student activity in hallways, common areas, and play areas and the cafeteria.Assisting in locker maintenance.Copier maintenance and copying.Septa pass distribution.Lamination and supply delivery.Assisting Front Desk and Front office in any additional tasks when needed.Any other tasks issued by the supervisor.Terms of Employment: Ten (10) months, Hourly employees.Evaluation: Performance of this job will be evaluated annually in accordance with provisions of state law, administrative code, and the Board's policy on evaluation.MaST Schools is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
