Job Title: M365 Engineer

Location: Fully Remote, EST

Required Pay Scale: $88-95/hr W2




Job Summary:
  • Project:
    • AD/Cloud Engineering Support
    • Migrations for on-prem subsidiaries pushed to cloud
    • Right now they just moved 400 people to cloud
    • Queuing up more (about 1200 people)
  • Responsibilities:
    • Building and supporting Cloud deployments.
    • Collaborate with team members across the Truist Insurance footprint to ensure Cloud operational readiness, operational support of solutions deployed to the Cloud, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure Cloud deployments meet Truist Insurance Standards.
    • Prior experience with platform management/reusable patterns.
    • Participate and sometimes lead in the design and architecture of Cloud solutions.
    • Technical Management of O365 Exchange Online including third-party products.
    • Supporting the provision of Power Platform environments, working closely with the application support team.
    • Escalating issues to vendors and managing tickets to resolution.
    • Providing a support service for users receiving Incidents and Work Requests from Service Desk.
    • Assist with the management of all M365 services (Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams,
      Power-BI, Power Automate, Stream, etc.
      ).
    • Accountable for Azure Active Directory Sync services, performing monitoring and
      support of that process and Conditional Access policies.

Must Haves

  • Excellent knowledge of O365 Exchange Online and on-premise administration.
  • Experience One Drive
  • THIS IS NOT AN ENGINEER
    • Looking for someone more focused on admin/support side who has done it for a few years and is looking to get into the more technical/engineering side
  • Excellent understanding of eDiscovery, EOP, and ATP.
    • Taking over Level 2, Level 3 support tickets
  • Experience of using M365 Security and Compliance portal
  • Experience in Azure Active Directory Synchronization processes
    • How azure is set up, stood up, best practices, but needs to see \"post-migration\" experience as well
      • (joining machines, policy administrator, InTune Management)
  • Awareness of Power Platforms
  • Excellent troubleshooting/problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in dealing with incidents, problems, and change management processes.
