M365 Infrastructure Engineer Role: M365 Infrastructure Engineer Location: Must 5 days On-Site in Either Irving, TX or Henderson, NV. (Need to be Willing to Convert at Around $140k + 15% Bonus) Senior Microsoft Infrastructure Engineer We're partnering with a well-established enterprise that is investing heavily in modern workplace technologies, automation, and artificial intelligence. They are adding a senior engineer who can own key Microsoft collaboration platforms while helping drive the next phase of their AI strategy. This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you'll design, implement, and continuously improve enterprise solutions—not simply maintain existing environments. What You'll Work On: Lead engineering efforts across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Support and enhance enterprise messaging and collaboration platforms. Build scalable automation to streamline IT operations and business processes. Strengthen email security, governance, and compliance. Help stand up and mature the organization's AI platform while evaluating new Microsoft AI capabilities. Partner with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to deliver modern technology solutions. What We're Looking For: 5+ years of Microsoft infrastructure engineering experience in an enterprise environment. Strong background supporting Microsoft 365 services, Exchange Online, and hybrid messaging environments. Experience with identity and endpoint management technologies, including Microsoft Entra ID and Intune. Hands-on knowledge of enterprise email security, threat protection, and messaging administration. Experience administering secure email platforms such as Proofpoint, Mimecast, or similar technologies. Comfortable working with PowerShell and automation tools. Experience with Power Platform technologies, including Power Automate. Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI services, or other enterprise AI initiatives is highly desirable. Someone who enjoys designing and implementing new solutions while helping shape long-term technology strategy.
