Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 8

Shift Notes: 8hr days 40hr guarantee

Weekend Requirements: Every 4-6 weekends/Holiday Coverage Required if needed

On-Call Requirements: None

IF APPROVED BY THE HEALTH SYSTEM TRAVELER WILL WEAR A MASK AT ALL TIMES WHILE ON SITE. Traveler Policy: WILL NOT CONSIDER ANY TRAVELER WHO RESIDES WITHIN 50 MILES OF FACILITY.

THIS IS A HOME HEALTH NEED!

The speech/language pathologist is responsible for providing speech therapy services to clients of the agency. The primary function is the provision of direct patient care, including collaboration with other team members and participation in the development of the patient's comprehensive plan of care.

Submission Requirements

• 2 years minimum SLP Home Care experience
• A valid Driver's License is required for this need
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision/assistance
• Acute care experience preferred
• Master or Doctorate Degree required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required. Clinical Fellow candidates accepted
• MA SPEECH AND LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST LICENSE REQUIRED
• Knowledge of and familiarity with rehabilitation equipment including but not limited to, language/communication aids, devices, and wheelchairs.
• Traveler candidate must have their vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
