Assist in the flow of merchandise from stock areas to the selling floor in a timely and organized manner.Perform opening and closing procedures, (i.e., opening cash counts, closing deposits, shift management, etc.) in accordance with Company policies.Assist in the preparation and completion of accurate physical inventory as requested.Adhere to policies and procedures of the store.Follow and implement all corporate visual presentation standards and guidelines.Enforce and maintain the highest visual standards, including displays, signage, lighting and props.MAC 3rd Key Holder Job Qualifications:Minimum high school education, prefer college education.Excellent communication & organizational skills. Cosmetic experience preferred.1-2 years key holder responsibility in a service-oriented environment.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills.Must be completely reliable.Should have professional attitude and ability to be flexible and handle change in a positive manner.Able to work 35-40 hours per week including evenings and weekends.This position requires excellent communication skills to be performed on a daily basis. This position requires moderate physical effort.Some unpacking and packing of materials is required when restocking the floor supplies.There may be moving and setting up of displays and other events taking place in your location.At counters, one must stand nearly 8 hours.Retail Partnered Stores, Freestanding M A C Stores (retail selling floor).
