Job Summary The Desktop Support Analyst (Mac) provides hands‑on technical support for a macOS‑based environment, supporting end users with hardware, operating system, and SaaS application issues. This role partners closely with employees to ensure a smooth, secure, and productive Mac experience across the organization. Key Responsibilities Provide advanced desktop support and troubleshooting for macOS systems. Diagnose and resolve hardware, OS, and application issues on Mac laptops and desktops. Support SaaS applications including Okta (or similar SSO tools), Slack, Zoom, Jira, and other business platforms. Manage Mac device provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management using JAMF or Kandji. Troubleshoot login, access, and authentication issues related to SSO and identity tools. Support Google Workspace (GSuite) including Gmail, Drive, Calendar, and user account issues. Document incidents, requests, and resolutions in a ticketing system. Escalate complex issues to senior IT teams while providing clear documentation. Assist with new hire onboarding, offboarding, and equipment refreshes. Deliver high‑quality customer service and clear communication to technical and non‑technical users. Required Qualifications 4+ years of hands‑on Mac desktop support and troubleshooting experience. Strong expertise supporting macOS in an enterprise environment. Experience supporting SaaS applications such as Okta, Slack, Zoom, and Jira. Hands‑on experience with Mac device management tools such as JAMF or Kandji. Experience supporting Google Workspace (GSuite) environments. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting fully or primarily Mac‑based organizations. Familiarity with security best practices for macOS and SaaS tools. Experience working in a fast‑growing or dynamic IT environment. IT certifications or Apple certifications are a plus. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bingham Farms, MI. The position is hybrid. Pay $25.00 - $30.00 per hour. #J-18808-Ljbffr
