Machine Assistant – 1st Shift
Location: Manitowoc, WI
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM (some Saturdays required)

Job Summary:
A well-established manufacturer in the Manitowoc area is looking for a Machine Assistant to join their production team. This role involves feeding sheet metal into a cutting machine, removing circular parts, and stacking them neatly onto pallets. The work is repetitive and physically active but offers a great opportunity for long-term employment for someone who is reliable, safety-minded, and a team player.

Job Duties:

• Load sheet metal into a cutting machine
• Stack finished metal parts onto pallets
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Monitor machine operation and report issues as needed
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment
• Assist with general production duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
• Steel-toe footwear is required (provided by the employee)
• Safety glasses and gloves provided
• Reliable attendance and willingness to learn are essential
• Prior manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required
