Our mission is to lead the industry into a future defined by data and actionable insights.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Machine Learning & AI Agents Engineer, based in the Greater Aveiro Area with some work-from-home flexibility. The Engineer will design, develop, and implement robust machine learning models, with a focus on AI agent systems. Responsibilities include leveraging pattern recognition and neural networks, develop AI agents (Agents-as-a-Service) capable of executing commercial and analytical tasks autonomously. Integrate large language models (LLMs) with data pipelines and external APIs. Implement Explainable AI and privacy mechanisms, including federated learning, RAG, and data masking. Collaborate with the consulting and marketing teams to create applicable AI solutions for ASI clients. QualificationsStrong foundation in Machine Learning concepts, including Pattern Recognition and Neural NetworksFamiliarity with modern ML/AI frameworks, APIs, and librariesDemonstrate proven experience in Python and AI frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch. Show expertise in integrating complex AI systems with various SaaS toolsPossess strong skills in LLM orchestration using tools like LangChain and Relevance.ai. Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is a plusExperience with AI-powered platforms or products is an advantage
