Pay: $20.50/hr
Shift: 9:30pm-6am, Sun-Wed
Your Role
Label machine operator, you will ensure high-quality production to meet critical retail deadlines. You won't just push buttons; you will "own" your equipment, troubleshoot issues, and drive results.
Key Responsibilities
Operate & Troubleshoot: Set up and run label machines efficiently while maintaining a "zero-defect" mindset.
Resource Management: Minimize waste and maintain an accurate log of raw materials using our ERP system.
Maintenance: Responsible for the upkeep of all dies and reporting technical issues to the Facility Manager.
Safety & Quality: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all SOPs and safety protocols (PPE).

Requirements
High school diploma or GED.
1–2 years of related experience in a production environment.
Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of a shift.
Strong color vision and manual dexterity
