Machine Operator – 1st Shift

What You’ll Do

As a Machine Operator, you’ll work with equipment that processes and cuts lumber, helping ensure smooth production and high-quality output. You’ll play an important role in keeping operations running efficiently and safely.

What We’re Looking For

• Machine operating experience is a plus—but not required
• Willingness to learn and be trained on equipment
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety

Pay & Incentives

• $18–$19 per hour 
• Production bonus available after training and certification

Schedule

• 1st Shift:
  • Monday–Thursday: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Friday: 5:00 AM – 10:00 AM (as needed)
